Laveen Leadership Academy at Cheatham Farms is a dynamic K–8 school dedicated to developing the academic excellence and leadership potential of every student. As a proud Leader in Me school, we empower students to become confident, responsible, and compassionate leaders through the intentional integration of Dr. Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People into all areas of learning and school culture. Our students set academic and personal goals, track their progress, and take ownership of their growth in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Our rigorous academic program is complemented by leadership opportunities, service learning, and student-led initiatives that build voice and agency.
